The cheese sticks are baked from the same refined puff pastry (90 layers) and over 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese as the cheese crispies. However, the pastry is cut differently, resulting in a different shape and bite. Besides this, the ROKA cheese sticks have the same intense and delicate cheese taste that melts on the tongue.
