Made from 98% real dehydrated potato with natural flavourings, Smash is perfect as a side to your favourite meals. Simply add boiling water, stir, and serve. Great for busy households or quick midweek dinners.

Ingredients: Dehydrated potato (98%), salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabiliser (diphosphates), antioxidants (ascorbic acid, sodium bisulphite [sulphites]), colour (curcumin), flavouring.

Preparation:

1 portion – 30g Smash + 150ml boiling water

3 portions – 90g Smash + 450ml boiling water

6 portions – 176g Smash + 880ml boiling water (adjust for preferred texture)
Stir with a fork, add butter or milk for a creamier taste, and season as desired.
