Expertly blended with fried onions, coconut milk, garlic, red chillies, coriander, ginger, mustard seeds and lime pickle, this paste creates the perfect base for chicken, lamb, or vegetable curries. Simply add your choice of protein or vegetables and simmer for a fragrant, restaurant-quality dish.

Ingredients: Chopped tomato (28%) (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), fried onion (28%) (onion, rapeseed oil), coconut milk (water, creamed coconut), spirit vinegar, rapeseed oil, garlic, red chillies, coriander leaf, ginger, mixed spices, salt, lime pickle (lime, cottonseed oil, salt, mustard seeds, lime juice, spices, fenugreek seeds, acidity regulator: acetic acid), mustard seeds, liquorice, fenugreek leaves, kalonji seeds.
