These Brown Sugar Cubes are made from pure cane sugar harvested and pressed on Reunion Island. The sugar canes soak up all the aromas and goodness of the rich soil in the North and East of the island, which enjoys generous rainfall and is aired by the trade winds—producing a sweet liquid that thickens into a syrup before the formation of the first crystals and then breaks down into different-sized rough-cut cubes.
