This medium, richly spiced paste blends turmeric, paprika, cumin, coriander, tamarind and fenugreek with rapeseed oil for a deep, authentic flavour base. Perfect for batch cooking in takeaways, canteens, and busy family kitchens. Use as a sauce starter or a 50:50 marinade with yoghurt for baking, BBQ or grilling.

How to use (serving idea):
Sauté diced onion in oil, stir in paste, add chicken (or veg), then tomatoes and a splash of water. Simmer, finish with cream or yoghurt, and garnish with fresh coriander.
